The City Council of Antas, aware of the need to facilitate access to housing to citizens, launches the Municipal Registry of Applicants for Subsidized Housing, in compliance with the Law on Housing Rights and in accordance with the Municipal Ordinance regulating the Municipal Public Registry of Applicants for Subsidized Housing in the municipality of Antas (BOP of Almería, number 13 of Thursday, January 21, 2010).
From today is open the application period for registration in the register, a prerequisite for participation in future awards of subsidized housing (VPO) in the municipality of Antas.
🔹 The application must be submitted in the standard form in the General Registry of the City Council or by the means established in Article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure.
🔹 The registration will be valid for three years. After that period, it must be renewed if you wish to continue in the registry.
🔹 All VPO allocations will be made among the registered persons who meet the requirements established in the current regulations.
📄 Documentation required for registration:
- Accreditation of personal data:
- ID card, passport or residence card for those over 18 years of age.
- Family book or declaration of the cohabitation unit.
- In case of separation or divorce, judicial sentence and regulatory agreement.
- Proof of income (over 18 years of age):
- Income tax return for the last fiscal year.
- If there is no obligation to declare:
- Withholding certificate for the previous year.
- Certificate of employment.
- Pension certificates (retirement, disability, widow, widower, orphan).
- Proof of subsidies or public aid.
- Accreditation of periodic aid (dependency, solidarity, etc.).
- Membership in special protection groups (if applicable):
- Large family book.
- Documentation on gender violence, victims of terrorism, people with disabilities, dependents, returned emigrants, etc.
🖊️ The application must be signed by all members of the family or cohabitation unit over 18 years of age.

Proceed to the publication on the City Hall Bulletin Board to determine the beginning of the effectiveness and enforceability of the act, in accordance with Article 45 of Law 39/2015.
