Fines Marble School

Among the different activities carried out by the Escuela del Mármol de Fines, training will begin on alternating training contracts that aim to make paid work activity compatible with the corresponding training processes in the field of vocational training, university studies or the Catalog of training specialties of the National Employment System.

The Escuela del Mármol de Fines will launch, for the first time, two training itineraries to meet the training needs of workers with alternating training contracts in the natural stone sector.

These two itineraries are as follows:

  • Natural stone processing (15 students).
  • Natural stone handicrafts (15 students).

Attached is the table of training activities offered. However in this link you can find the information:

For this purpose, and in relation to the possible candidates, we inform you of the following:
1. The following occupations have been selected, according to the training itineraries, in relation to the possible job offers that companies may make and with the idea of being able to register them in the job applications of the interested persons.

71221045 Carvers, stone and/or marble workers, for the itinerary “Craftsmanship in natural stone”.

2. People who meet the requirements (they must be between 16 and 30 years of age and have an academic level of ESO or equivalent) and may be interested in participating as candidates in these offers, must be registered in one of the above occupations, in order to have the option of being selected in the corresponding offer. To do so, they should request an appointment at their employment office as soon as possible, and once there, ask to be registered in at least one of these occupations.
