Torres P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, head of the Urban Planning Service of the Territorial Delegation of Development in Almer\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Juan Mart\u00edn Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, head of the Urban Planning Advisory Service of the Provincial Council of Almer\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Luis Cano Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, dean of the Official College of Architects of Almeria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the event, the <strong>strategic keys of the new plan<\/strong> were presented, among which the following stand out:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protection of rural land with natural, landscape and heritage values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conservation of cultural heritage, archaeological sites and traditional landscapes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear and precise delimitation of urban and rural land.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuity of sectors undergoing urban development proceedings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of the Antas River landscape road.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning of new residential, logistic and industrial growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting productive activity as an economic engine of the municipality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>PBOM replaces the old Subsidiary Rules (1993)<\/strong> and places Antas as a <strong>pioneer municipality in Andalusia<\/strong> in adapting to the new Land Law (LISTA), providing an updated, viable and sustainable plan.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mayor stressed that this plan &#8220;will be the key to unlocking hundreds of projects and attracting new investments&#8221;, stressing that &#8220;we could no longer continue to manage the municipality with regulations that are more than 30
