{"id":8686,"date":"2025-04-23T13:20:19","date_gmt":"2025-04-23T13:20:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.antas.es\/bando-municipal-municipal-registry-of-protected-housing-claimants\/"},"modified":"2025-09-20T14:56:09","modified_gmt":"2025-09-20T14:56:09","slug":"bando-municipal-municipal-registry-of-protected-housing-claimants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.antas.es\/en\/bando-municipal-municipal-registry-of-protected-housing-claimants\/","title":{"rendered":"Bando Municipal: Municipal Registry of Protected Housing Claimants"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The City Council of Antas, aware of the need to facilitate access to housing to citizens, launches the <strong>Municipal Registry of Applicants for Subsidized Housing<\/strong>, in compliance with the Law on Housing Rights and in accordance with the <strong>Municipal Ordinance regulating the Municipal Public Registry of Applicants for Subsidized Housing<\/strong> in the municipality of Antas (BOP of Almer\u00eda, number 13 of Thursday, January 21, 2010).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From today is <strong>open the application period for registration in the register<\/strong>, a prerequisite for participation in future awards of subsidized housing (VPO) in the municipality of Antas.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 The <strong>application must be submitted<\/strong> in the standard form in the <strong>General Registry of the City Council<\/strong> or by the means established in Article 16 of Law 39\/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure.<br\/>\ud83d\udd39 The <strong>registration will be valid for three years<\/strong>. After that period, it must be renewed if you wish to continue in the registry.<br\/>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>All<\/strong> VPO <strong>allocations<\/strong> will be made among the registered persons who meet the requirements established in the current regulations. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcc4 <strong>Documentation required for registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Accreditation of personal data:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ID card, passport or residence card for those over 18 years of age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Family book or declaration of the cohabitation unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of separation or divorce, judicial sentence and regulatory agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proof of income (over 18 years of age):<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Income tax return for the last fiscal year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is no obligation to declare:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Withholding certificate for the previous year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of employment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pension certificates (retirement, disability, widow, widower, orphan).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of subsidies or public aid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accreditation of periodic aid (dependency, solidarity, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Membership in special protection groups (if applicable):<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Large family book.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation on gender violence, victims of terrorism, people with disabilities, dependents, returned emigrants, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd8a\ufe0f <strong>The application must be signed by all members of the family or cohabitation unit over 18 years of age.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccd For more information or to formalize the application:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the offices of the <strong>Town Hall of Antas (\u00c1rea de Urbanismo)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or, use the municipal <strong>electronic office<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Proceed to the publication on the City Hall Bulletin Board<\/strong> to determine the beginning of the effectiveness and enforceability of the act, in accordance with Article 45 of Law 39\/2015.<\/p>\n<a
