Description   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of this procedure is to finance the expenses arising from the organization of activities aimed at promoting participation, the development of associations, the exchange between organizations and citizens, as well as cultural, solidarity and training activities, carried out by Associations and Brotherhoods established in the municipality of Antas, in order to publicize the various activities that are developed and subsidized by the municipality of Antas.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies to Associations and Brotherhoods of Antas through the financing of projects and actions developed by these entities during the year 2023.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These subsidies will be granted under the principles of publicity, transparency, concurrence, objectivity and non-discrimination.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 2. Addressees   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The recipients of these grants may be entities such as: Associations and Brotherhoods of Antas, with a minimum of 6 months old, whose purpose is to participate in the cultural, social, training and coexistence within the municipality of Antas, during the year 2023.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 3. Endowment   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; Total budget of the call for proposals: 30,000 \u20ac.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Maximum number of activities to be financed per entity: 2  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 4. Eligible items.   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those expenses incurred by Associations and Brotherhoods included in the scope of this call for applications for the development of actions to be carried out in the municipality of Antas that can be framed in any of the following points will be considered eligible:  <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a. Carrying out promotional activities such as campaigns, contests, tastings, sports activities or others, whose purpose is to promote citizen participation, build loyalty and attract participants.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b. Activities of dynamization, animation and coexistence promoted by the beneficiary entities and whose purpose is the development of the activity, the incentive&#8230; All activities that take place on public roads will be eligible, must comply with municipal regulations and have, where appropriate, the corresponding authorization.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c. Training actions. The organization by the beneficiary entities of training workshops and seminars in areas of special interest to citizens will be subsidized.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d. Provision of services to the associates. Those external expenses incurred with the purpose of offering advice for the improvement of their competitiveness, in matters related to the activity to be developed by the entity requesting the subsidy, will be eligible for subsidy. These services must be provided by qualified entities, companies or professionals for the performance of this activity and this has been documented. The specific list of services to be rendered, their cost and the period during which the consultancy services are to be provided must be included in the contract signed between the company or professional and the association.      <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Call for grants to associations and brotherhoods of Antas  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible expenses shall be those that undoubtedly correspond to the project, correspond to the nature of the subsidized activity, are included in the budget submitted with the application and are incurred within the period indicated.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 5. Evaluation mechanism   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; Each of the activities proposed in each application will be evaluated individually.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; The funds will be distributed among the activities proposed by each association, until the budget is exhausted.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; In the same application one of the activities can be funded and the other not.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 6. Deadline for submission of applications   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; As of FEBRUARY 25, 2023  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Until MARCH 7, 2023  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 7. Procedure and resolution period   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; A provisional resolution will be published on MARCH 13 and may be appealed within seven working days (MARCH 13 &#8211; MARCH 20).  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; The final resolution will be published, MARCH 24, with the list of activities for which it is proposed to grant the subsidy, and the amount of the same.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 8. Submission of the application   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The documents to be submitted for the granting of the subsidy are<strong>:<\/strong><strong> ANNEX I<\/strong>, APPLICATION FOR ECONOMIC AID FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ACTIVITY CARRIED OUT BY AN ASSOCIATION and <strong>ANNEX II<\/strong>, PROJECT OF THE ACTIVITY TO BE DEVELOPED, a model to be filled in to describe the different points of the project to be carried out by each entity requesting the aid. They may be submitted at www.antas.es, at the electronic headquarters of the City Council of Antas (https:\/\/antas.sedelectronica.es\/info.0), in the corresponding electronic registry and alternatively may be submitted at the municipal offices within the established deadline.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Section 9. Justification of the application   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the subsidized activity has been carried out, they must submit invoices \/ vouchers up to <strong>one month <\/strong>after the end of the activity, Annex III.
