Our municipality will become a national reference in solar energy production, after reaching an agreement with the company Endesa.
Endesa will install its first solar plant in the province in the “La ballabona” site, with an area of 550 hectares.
This agreement is historic news for our municipality, as it will leave a significant amount of money in the coffers, as detailed below:
– 10% of the total cost of the work, which will be paid before the work is started (approximately 10 million euros).
– 995,000 every year for 35 years.
In summary, over the 35 years, our town will receive around 45 million Euros.
